この作品は、草笛さんがこの年齢で元気でいてくれるということで成り立つんです。だから本当に感謝です。草笛さんがいなかったらできなかった。自分が、85歳になってもこの舞台ができるかどうか、逆に言うと今後の目標が出来ました。奥様、パーフェクト！

85歳になって、このような大役を頂き、目くるめく想いと言ったらいいのか、修羅場と言ったらよいのか、大変な想いをしていますが、神様から頂いた私の大切なお仕事ですので、一所懸命、歳なりに務めていく覚悟ができました。

草笛さんは、自分の母と近い年齢なので、実の母のように演じさせてもらっています。53歳になっても一番若手というのが、、、最年少ということでフレッシュな気持ちでやらせてもらっています。

上演時間は　1時間50分（休憩なし）
公演は同劇場で7月15日（祝･月）まで上演した後、仙台、名古屋の2箇所で上演される。
